Please read the following before booking your appointment:
• A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or your appointment being cancelled.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and future appointments may require full payment upfront.
• Please attend your appointment with clean lashes and no eye makeup where possible. Extra cleansing time may incur an additional charge.
• For lash appointments, patch tests may be required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Results and retention vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, skin type, and aftercare. Following the correct aftercare advice is essential.
• If you experience any irritation or reaction after your treatment, please contact me immediately.
• No refunds are given on completed services. However, if you have any concerns, please get in touch within 48 hours so I can help resolve the issue.
