A 30% non- refundable deposit must be paid upon booking, failure to pay deposit will result in booking not being confirmed. Patch test must be booked for treatments requiring one.

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment less than 48 hours before you are due to come you will be required to pay 70% of your appointment fee, failure to do so will result in not being able to book future appointments.

Please also attend all appointments alone where possible, children will not be allowed to attend any appointments.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay 70% of your booking price.
