A minimum of 48 hours notice to be given for a cancellation and 24 hours to reschedule. In failure of this your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid in order to rebook. Incase of a no show full payment will be taken and payment will need to be paid in full upfront for any future appointments.

All colour services require a patch test atleast 48hrs before service if you have not received a colour by myself within 6 months
