Terms and Conditions By booking a spray tan appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking Policy All appointments must be booked in advance. A confirmation will be sent upon successful booking. Clients must complete a consultation form before the service. 2. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, etc. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a full charge or refusal of future bookings. 5. Preparation Guidelines You are responsible for following all pre-tan instructions: Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid lotions, deodorants, perfumes, or makeup on the day of your tan. Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. Failure to follow prep guidelines may affect the results of your tan. 6. Aftercare You must follow aftercare instructions to maintain your tan properly. I am not responsible for tans that fade prematurely due to improper aftercare (e.g., swimming, excessive sweating, exfoliating). 7. Health & Safety Please disclose any skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medical concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate. 8. Results Disclaimer Spray tan results vary by individual due to skin type, preparation, and aftercare. We do not guarantee exact results and are not responsible for undesired outcomes if preparation or aftercare instructions were not followed. 9. Photos & Promotion With your permission, we may take before and after photos for marketing purposes. Please inform your technician if you do not wish to have your photos used. 10. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful behaviour or violates these terms.
