I declare that I have understood the questions, which I have answered correctly and I have no medical condition that may affect or induce a harmful reaction to Spray Tan Solution. I am also aware that the tan can transfer onto certain materials. I also understand that if I am not happy with my tan I can speak to my spray tan artist and she will give an explanation of why the spray tan may have developed this way (sweat/sleeping etc). I can also confirm that if I am above the age of 18 I will be able to have a parent/guardian over the age of 18 present and I will give my spray tan artist a consent form from my adult.

⏰If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the full booking fee. 🚫If you cancel 24 hours before your booking you will be required to pay the full booking fee. ❤️‍🩹All health and safety concerns will be addressed in your client consultation form. You must complete this form before your appointment, otherwise we will not be able to continue with the appointment.
