All appointments require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
All booking fees are non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours you may transfer your booking fee to another booking within the next 3 months.
You may rearrange your appointment once only. Any further changes will require a new booking and fee.
Payment on the day can be made via cash, bank transfer, or card machine. Card transactions incur a processing fee, which also applies to booking fee payments.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will require 50% of the treatment price to be paid before rebooking. A new booking and fee will also be required.
No-shows will result in being charged 100% of the treatment cost before you can rebook.
