Preparation

Please make sure you come with your hair thoroughly washed and blow-dried, free of product, if not you will be turned away.


Hair extentions

If you want a style that involves hair extensions, you will need to provide them. If unsure of what extensions to get, send me an email or a dm via Instagram.


Lateness

If you are going to be late, please let me know via Instagram. Every 5 minutes you are late, £5 will be added to your total. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to rebook with a new deposit.


Deposit

I require a £5-£20 non-refundable deposit (amount depends on style), which is to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total amount.


Payment

I accept cash, card and gift card payments. If you are paying via cash, please be sure to bring the correct amount, as we do not have change.


Rescheduling

I do not allow you to reschedule appointments once your deposit has been sent. If you would like to reschedule, you will have to cancel your appointment and pay a new deposit.


Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please let me know maximum 3 days before; your deposit will not be refunded unless I cancel on you.


Refunds

I do not offer refunds; however, I will ensure that you are satisfied with your hair before you leave your appointment. If something happens to your hair within 24 hours of you leaving, send me a message on Instagram or email me, and we can sort something out.


Plus 1s

I do allow plus ones; however, you must let me know beforehand. Please make sure your plus 1 is a female, as I am a female-only braider.
