By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Appointments & Booking A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your final balance. Please arrive on time to avoid reduced service time or cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within the notice period may result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be refused future bookings. 3. Patch Testing Patch tests are available and recommended for all tinting or chemical services. If you choose to opt out, you accept full responsibility for any adverse reactions. Do you understand and accept that by choosing not to have a patch test, you are taking full responsibility for any reaction or outcome that may occur? (Please initial or tick.) 4. Refunds & Reactions We do not offer refunds on services once performed. If you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately and seek medical advice if needed. We may offer a complimentary removal or adjustment at our discretion. 5. Aftercare It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Results may vary based on individual hair type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Improper care may affect the longevity of your treatment and is not the responsibility of the technician. 6. Children & Guests For safety and insurance reasons, we kindly ask that no children or extra guests attend your appointment unless previously agreed. 7. Photography & Social Media We may take photos of your lashes/brows for our portfolio or social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment.
