Appointments and Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost. By booking, you agree to provide accurate medical and skincare information to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full or have future booking privileges reviewed.


Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and a fee may apply.


Medical Conditions & Contraindications

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and skin conditions. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on specific medications (e.g. Roaccutane). We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.


Results & Expectations

Individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. A course of treatments may be required for optimal results. Aftercare advice must be followed to maintain results and ensure skin safety.


Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older for advanced skin treatments.


Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, card, bank transfer.


Liability

We are not liable for any adverse reactions if medical history is withheld or aftercare is not followed. All treatments are provided following a thorough consultation and client consent.
