To secure all bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required. This will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment.

As I run my nail business from home and also care for a young child, I kindly ask that clients do not arrive early for their appointments.
Please aim to arrive at your scheduled appointment time only, as I do not have a waiting area available and may still be preparing for your visit or attending to family responsibilities.
If you do arrive early, I may not be able to let you in until your appointment time.
Your satisfication is very important to me, and I take pride in the quality of my work.
If a nail becomes damaged, chipped or breaks within 72 hours of your appointment, I will repair it free of charge.
Repairs requested after 72 hours will incur a charge of £5 per nail.
Please note that repairs due to accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear may still be chargeable at my discretion.
