Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the serviced booked.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be classed as a no-show.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and may be denied future bookings.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 will be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final cost of your service.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, will have their deposit transferred to their next appointment.
