Terms and Conditions for Clients Receiving Nail Services at The Acrylic Corner 1. Appointments and Cancellations: - Clients are required to book appointments in advance. - A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to the final service cost. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee. 2. Late Arrivals: - If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and a late fee or cancellation fee may apply. - cancellation fee is the remaining balance of your appointment Late fees are £5 for every 10 minutes you are late for up to 30 minutes After 4p minutes of being late after the grace period you booking is CANCELLED and you will pay the cancellation fee as stated above - Repeated late arrivals may result in loss of booking privileges. - No shows will automatically lose booking privileges 3. Health and Safety: - Clients must inform the technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the service. - We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions. - For safety reasons, we kindly ask that no children or pets are brought to appointments. 4. Satisfaction Guarantee: - We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your nails, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment for a complimentary fix. - No refunds will be given, but corrections will be made free of charge if reported within the time frame. 5. Payment: - Payments are accepted in cash or via approved digital payment methods. - All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment. 6. Personal Belongings: - The Acrylic Corner is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit. 7. Policy Changes: - The Acrylic Corner reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
