Bookings All appointments must be made online. By booking, you agree to our policies. Infill appointments require at least 40% of lashes remaining; otherwise, a full set will be charged. ⸻ Payments A £15 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure appointment Card payments only ⸻ Appointments Please arrive on time — the studio address will be sent in advance. No guests or children are allowed during appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or a late fee. If unwell, please reschedule with 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. ⸻ Service Concerns If you are unhappy with your service, please contact The Beauty Suite within 24 hours so we can address your concern.
