Terms and Conditions

Please read through the salon terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the salon and to ensure the maximum standards and service is offered to the client and in turn that I am not at a loss for 'no show' and late cancellations. In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the salon terms and conditions stated below. CANCELLATION POLICY In order to cancel/move/change your appointment, I require 24 hours notice please or you will be charged the full treatment price. Trying to rescheduling to another day or time without the prior 24 hours notice still will result in a full treatment charge. As you are still not providing enough notice to fill the original slot. CONSENT / CONSULTATION FORMS A number of treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the treatment procedure. This will be filed for future reference and treated with the utmost confidence. PATCH TESTS A number of treatments will require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you cannot sign a waiver.
