Bookings & Appointments • All appointments must be booked via the link in my bio (Solo). • A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot — this will be deducted from the final total. • Your appointment will be officially secured once the deposit is received. This helps me prep everything perfectly for you and reserve your chosen slot with care. Lateness Policy • Please arrive on time — this ensures I can deliver the best quality work without rushing. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will lead to a cancelletion or potentially rescheduled depending on my availability. This will result in loss of your deposit. • Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings. Guest Policy • This is a private studio space, so please arrive alone. • No children, friends, or family members will be allowed to attend your appointment unless previously agreed. • This is to maintain hygiene, focus, and client comfort. Payments • Accepted payment methods: Cash or Bank Transfer (details provided at appointment). • The £10 deposit is non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule within the allowed time frame. Hygiene & Prep • I do not remove work done by another nail tech. If you arrive with gel, acrylic, BIAB, or other product not applied by me, the appointment cannot follow through. • Please come with bare nails for your first visit unless you have BIAB or gel polish applied by me. • Feeling unwell? Please reschedule in advance — your health and mine come first. Cancellations & No-Shows • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows (missing your appointment without contact) will result in the loss of the deposit and refusal of future bookings. • I understand life happens — in the case of emergencies, please contact me and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
