Please read and confirm the terms and conditions below : Cancellation and rescheduling -you can cancel your appointment up to 24hrs before and your booking fee will be refunded however anything less then the 24hr time frame the the booking fee will be retained. -if you need to reschedule your appointment you must notify your service provider 24hrs before your appointment in order to move the service for free , anything after will incur a £5 fee -if your service provider fulls ill , has a personal issue or other and has to cancel your appointment then this will refund back within 5 working days or if your wanting to reschedule your booking fee will be moved to your next appointment (this must be booked within a month of your appointment date , after the 30 days it will be voided and you will need to re-pay the booking fee ) Refunds -all services are non- refundable, if you are unhappy with your service and the owner agrees , you will be given a gift card / voucher to use in store. Lateness - all clients are given a 10 min grace period free of charge . If your are 10 mins late or more then the appointment will be cancelled and booking fee retained. No extras or kids Unfortunately as of right now we don’t allow extra people to come up during the service unless their also getting a service done (ie group appointments) this also includes any kids Rudness We have a very strong policy on rudness towards staff . Our staff has the right to cancel the appointment at any time.
