What is buccal massage and how does it work?
Buccal massage is a deep-tissue facial technique where I work on the muscles inside and outside your mouth. By releasing tension in the jaw, cheeks, and mouth area, it improves circulation, lymphatic drainage, lifts and sculpts the face naturally and relieves jaw tightness and stress. It’s like a workout and relaxation session for your face, from the inside out.

How often should I get a buccal massage?
Weekly or every 2 weeks for about 4–6 sessions. This helps retrain the muscles and allows the results to build gradually. Every 4–6 weeks for maintenance. This keeps muscle tension at bay and prolongs that sculpted effect.
