There is a non refundable booking fee of £25 for new clients, this will come off of your final booking price once treatment is completed. Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment require a 50% charge. Please arrive to your appointment with no eye makeup on, the removal of makeup and lash shampooing by me will be added on to your time. Im afraid i dont have space to accommodate anyone but myself and my client in my treatment rooms in both locations. Please contact me if your going to be late for your appointment, this could have a knock on effect for my other clients scheduled in with me so keeping me in the loop is the best thing to do! Please do try to avoid caffeine before your appointment when having lash extensions or a lash lift. This can cause gittery eyes, and doesnt aid in the relaxation of having the treatment done! Please note- it is possible to develop an allergy reaction to lash extension glue. This is usually due to the common allergen cyanoacrylate an ingredient found in lash glue. This allergy can appear within hours or develop over time and repeated exposure to the lash glue - it is not very common however when booking you must be aware that is it something that can happen. I need to be made aware of any irritation after lashes have been applied so the correct decision on removal can be made.
