Appointment Bookings Please arrive in time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full session. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone for any reason. Cancellation and Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, failure to provide the required notice time will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee . If you are unwell please contact us to discuss rescheduling your appointment. Late Arrivals Your time has been reserved specifically for you, if you arrive late your treatment time may be shortened. Health and Medical Information. It is the clients responsibility to inform the therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies or any other relevant medical information before the massage begins. In some cases a medical release form may be required from your health care provider . Clients will be required to provide written consent for massage services, acknowledging that they understand that the therapist is not qualified to make any diagnosis, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave in a respectable and appropriate manner during the massage session. Inappropriate behaviour, harassment or any form of sexual misconduct will result in the session being terminated immediately with no refund . Payment is due before or immediately after the session. Liability and Release The Massage Room Is not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the massage .
