POLICY REMINDER:
💕All appointments must have at least 48 hours to reschedule.
💕Deposits are non-refundable and upon cancellation will be lost. £5 for dress appointments and £5 for nail appointments. These are to be paid via my booking website.
💕Nails will be fixed free of charge if any lifting/chips occur in the first 48 hours.
💕There must be no makeup, jewellery or fake tan worn to try on dresses or your appointment may be cancelled. This ensures the best experience for all customers.
💕There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, after this the appointment may be cancelled.
💕Additional removal fee if you do not declare previous work on nails prior to appointment. Turn up with clear nails unless you are booked in for a removal/infill. Other tech removals start from £15, this will be increased if the product does not remove as expected.
💕I have the right to refuse service.
💕Payments must be made on site at the appointment, not at home later. We accept cash or bank transfer. We do NOT have a card machine.
💕 It is your responsibility to read the contract at time of purchase for a dress and failure to do so is your own risk.
💕No walk in services. I work by appointment only.
