Terms and Conditions The Nailicious House requires a booking fee of 100% of the treatment price to be paid upon booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment are subject to a loss of 50% of your full payment or treatment cost. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, 100% of the treatment price will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule your appointment, The Nailicious House requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Anything less than the 48-hour timeframe will result in forfeiture of your 100% deposit as a cancellation fee. No-shows or arrivals more than 5-10 minutes late on the day of the appointment will result in 100% of the treatment price not being refunded. Repeated no-shows or lateness will result in refusal of any future bookings. Appointments run back to back, so please ensure you arrive on time. Return visits for repairs reported more than 24 hours after your appointment are chargeable.
