24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS Your appointments are very important to The Natural Skin Studio. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. CANCELLATION FEES Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. • ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. • For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment will result in a charge 100% of the reserved service amount. • Until you have paid the above fee, you will not be able to re book an appointment at The Natural Skin Studio The cancellation policy gives The Natural Skin Studio the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps the schedules filled. The Natural Skin Studio is a home Studio and does not have a waiting room, please arrive for your appointment on time. If you do arrive early please message me before coming in as I may be with a client. If you arrive 5-10 minutes late this will eat into your treatment time. Later than 15 minutes will result in a cancellation and you will be required to pay the treatment cost in full. Failure to do so will result in you being unable to rebook in the future.
