At the time of booking, your payment details will be securely captured and stored. You will not be charged at the time of booking. The full cost of your treatment will be charged to your saved card on the day of your appointment.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your total treatment cost, which will be charged to your saved card. No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Late arrivals will be handled on an individual basis. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. You will still be charged for the full cost of the treatment you originally booked.
In line with professional and regulatory standards, all clients are required to complete and sign a consultation form prior to receiving any treatment. This is to ensure we are fully informed of any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant health information that may impact your treatment. All clients under 16 years old must have a parent or guardian present throughout the whole treatment and have signed permission. For all children aged between 16-18yrs, parental/guardian permission is required, but you do not have to be present. However, you must remain nearby and be contactable by phone.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended.
We understand that life happens — plans change, people get sick, emergencies arise. That said, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments significantly affect small businesses. This policy helps ensure that time and resources are used efficiently and fairly for all clients.
With advance notice, clients are welcome to bring babies and young children to their appointment. There is a car port directly outside of the cabin for you to park in (with advance notice) and a few steps, so please be aware the cabin is not fully accessible, but assistance can be provided for pushchairs, car seats, etc. There is a small selection of toys, a changing mat and a bathroom provided for your convenience, and all cleaned regularly. If your baby needs feeding/changing/holding, we will work the appointment around it as flexibly as we can and time allows. Please be mindful it is a salon environment, with potentially harmful products, tools and equipment. Health and safety and risk assessment procedures are in place for your and your child's safety, but full responsibility remains with the parent or guardian at all times. The business cannot accept any liability for accidents, injuries, or harm caused while children are on the premises.Please ensure that children are supervised throughout your visit.
