Lateness Fee: A £10 fee will be charged for any appointments that begin more than 15 minutes late. This fee is intended to help manage scheduling and ensure timely service for all clients. Deposit Charge: A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Location Disclosure: The specific location of the service will be provided to you once the deposit has been received. This ensures that I can confirm your booking before sharing the details. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If not notified within 24 hours,50% of the payment MUST be made.
