At The Waxing Space, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation guidelines below:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service.

Late arrivals may be considered a no-show and subject to the full service fee.

Booking & Payments

A valid card on file is required to secure your appointment.

Fees due to late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your situation and find a solution together.
