Welcome to The Waxing Space! By booking and attending waxing services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for both of us. 1. Booking Appointments • All appointments must be booked in advance either via website, WhatsApp, or email. • By booking, you confirm that you are aware of the cancellation policy and agree to comply with it. • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, so I kindly ask that you respect your scheduled time. 2. Health & Safety • Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. This helps ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you. • I may ask you to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell, experiencing any skin conditions, or have recently undergone treatments that may affect the waxing process ( e.g. sunburn, chemical peels…) • I take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously. All equipment and areas are thoroughly sanitised before and after each treatment. 3. Consultation • Before your first waxing appointment, I may conduct a brief consultation to discuss your skin type, treatment goals, and any specific needs or concerns. • You may be required to sign a consent form for certain treatments or if you have any specific history that may affect the waxing process. • A consultation form may be emailed to you, prior to your appointment, to be signed. 4. Payments • Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash or card payments. • Prices are displayed on the website and may be subject to change. You will be informed of any change before booking. • Gratuities are not included in the price of the treatment and are at your discretion. 5. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, please note that if I’m unable to complete your treatment in the remaining time, you may need to reschedule and will be charged for the missed appointment. • If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. 6. Cancellation & No-Shows • I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a 50% charge will apply. • No- Shows will incur a full charge for the missed appointment. • Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy for more details. 7. Age Restrictions • All waxing treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you and provide written consent. 8. Aftercare Advice • After your waxing treatment, I will provide you with detailed aftercare advice to help ensure the best results and avoid irritation or infection. • It is your responsibility to follow aftercare instructions. If you have any concerns after your treatment, please contact us immediately. 9. Liability • While I take all necessary precautions and pride myself on providing high-quality services, you agree to release The Waxing Space and its stuff from any liability for any adverse reactions, skin irritation, or injury resulting from waxing treatments. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions • These terms and conditions are subject to change. I will notify you of any significant updates or changes via our website or through direct communication. By booking and receiving services from The Waxing Space, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.
