Appointments & Cancellations • Appointments must be booked through our website, Dm or booking platform. • Cancellation policy & no shows: Please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid 50% of booking cancellation fees. No shows aren’t tolerated. You will be charged 100% of service cost. • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or a rescheduled appointment and fee charged. ⸻ 2. Payment • Prices are subject to change, but any pre-paid or confirmed appointments will be honoured at the quoted price. ⸻ 3. Health & Safety • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. • We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client. • results may vary. Aftercare • Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by there therapists. • Failure to follow aftercare may affect results or cause adverse reactions. ⸻ 5. Refunds • Refunds are not provided • In cases of treatment error by the clinic, we will offer a solution. ⸻ 6. Personal Belongings • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the clinic. ⸻ 7.
