By booking an appointment with [The Beauty B] (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.
- Booking & Appointment Confirmation
1.1 All appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or via email.
1.2 You will receive a confirmation of your booking upon successful submission. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
1.3 Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary.
- Payment & Pricing
2.1 The prices for services offered are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 A deposit of 20% is paid when booking. The remaining amount is due at the time of the treatment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept CASH unless otherwise agreed
2.3 We reserve the right to charge a late fee or additional charges for special requests.
2.3 For sales and promotion the full amount of treatment price must be paid in full when booking, prior to the treatment and this is NON refundable.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3.1 We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
3.2 If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time or fail to attend, a cancellation fee 50% of treatment cost will apply.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness or emergencies.
- Late Arrivals
4.1 If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
4.2 If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply.
- Health & Safety
5.1 It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that could affect your treatment.
5.2 We may refuse to carry out treatments if we believe that it is unsafe for you based on the information provided or health concerns.
- Refunds & Complaints
6.1 We strive to provide high-quality services and client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please inform us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
6.2 Refunds are not typically offered for treatments rendered. However, we will consider individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
- Gift Cards & Vouchers
7.1 Gift cards or vouchers must be used by the expiry date stated and are non-refundable.
7.2 They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless specified.
- Personal Information
8.1 We collect personal information necessary for booking and treatment purposes only. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy
8.2 By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for appointment management and marketing purposes, where applicable.
- Client Behavior
9.1 We expect all clients to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the appointment and refusal of future service.
- Changes to Terms
10.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
- Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Beauty B is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after a treatment, unless caused by our negligence.
- Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

Spiritual Baddie Membership – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Spiritual Baddie Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Access & Structure
- Membership includes the selected package (3-month or 6-month) with the outlined monthly readings, alignment sessions, energy work, and tailored plans.
- The content, sessions, and guidance provided are for personal spiritual development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.
2. Payment Terms
- 3-Month Membership: First month + half of the final month is payable upfront.
- 6-Month Membership: First month + last month is payable upfront.
- Payments are processed securely via standing order 
- By booking, you authorise automatic processing of the agreed payment plan.
3. Pricing & Promotional Rates
- Membership is currently available at the stated introductory rate.
- Prices are subject to increase in the future. Booking at the current rate secures your membership at that price.
4. Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable once any content, sessions, or readings have been accessed.
- No partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions or content.
5. Cancellations, Appointment Changes & No-Shows
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Any rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the session are not accepted.
- No-shows or sessions cancelled within 48 hours will not be refunded, and the member will forfeit that session, but monthly payments will still be processed as per the Dur ect debit schedule.
- Membership can otherwise be cancelled at the end of the current paid term.
- Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or deferred once started.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to engage with the content and sessions in a respectful and open-minded manner.
- You are responsible for your own personal decisions and actions resulting from participation in the membership.
- Any advice, guidance, or exercises are provided in good faith and intended for personal development.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Your personal information and session details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
- Group sessions or community platforms may involve interaction with other members; confidentiality within the group is expected.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The membership provider (Bianca / Spiritual Baddie) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the membership.
- Spiritual readings and energy work are intended for guidance and insight, not guaranteed outcomes.
9. Acceptance
By completing your membership booking, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Consent to the payment structure as outlined.
- Acknowledge the nature of the services provided and accept full personal responsibility for your experience.
- Understand and accept the 48-hour rescheduling policy, and agree that no-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the session being forfeited while monthly payments continue.
