✨Please try to arrive to your appointment on time. I have a grace period of 15 minutes, so unfortunately the appointment will have to be cancelled if you arrive after this. I understand that sometimes things happen and occasional delays are unavoidable, just let me know then I will try my best to fit you in! ✨If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice. Anything after this will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. This also implies to no-show appointments. ✨My preferred method of payment is cash, but I also accept bank transfers and online payments through my booking site. Payment will need to be made before you leave. ✨Please arrive to your appointment with clean, makeup free lashes and brows as this helps me to carry out the treatments safe and effectively. ✨Please attend for a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment (This implies the new clients only). This is for lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, and any brow or lash tinting. Patch tests for lash extensions involves placing a few extensions on each eye, so please come to your patch test appointment with clean, makeup free lashes. For the other treatments, a small amount of the product is placed on the inside of your elbow to check for any reactions. I will not be able to carry out any appointments without a prior patch test being carried out. ✨If you, or someone within your household, has become unwell and/or has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. ✨Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also, because of the size of my lash room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment. ✨I will consider filling in another lash technician’s work, only after assessing the lashes at your patch test appointment. A lash removal and new set may be required but I will make you aware of this if so. ✨I do not offer any refunds due to my time and products used, but I will offer a free infill or removal up to 72 hours after your appointment if there are any issues. ✨By following these policies, I can provide you with the best possible service and outcome.
