✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨
To keep everything running smoothly and to protect my time and income, please read the updated policy below:
🔸 Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to secure every appointment. This fee is deducted from the final treatment price.
🔸 Rescheduling
You are allowed one reschedule, as long as you message at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you fail to attend the rescheduled appointment or cancel again, you will be required to pay for your treatment in full upfront before any future bookings can be made.
🔸 Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full treatment price and your booking fee will be non-refundable.
I’ve put these rules in place because last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave me with no time to offer the appointment to someone else, meaning I lose income and this is my only source of income.
