When requesting an appointment at The Beauty Garage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please note: appointments are not confirmed until accepted.

Deposits & Cancellations

A card authorisation for the full amount of your appointment is required to confirm all bookings. Your card will not be charged unless in violation of the below booking terms.

Any cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours notice will result in no charge.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

In the event of no-shows or same-day cancellations, you will be charged full amount of the appointment.

Same day reschedules will require the appointment to be rebooked within 1 week of the original appointment date.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be cancelled due to back-to-back bookings, and full payment may still be required.

Lash Appointments

Clients must arrive with clean lashes, free from mascara, eye makeup, and strip lash glue. Additional charges may apply if lashes need to be cleaned before treatment, as this reduces treatment time and can affect the bonding of extensions.

If you require a lash removal, this must be requested at the time of booking.

If you experience any retention issues, please notify me within 3 days after your appointment and a complimentary rebook will be offered to sort any issues. Any concerns reported after this period may be subject to a charge.

Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of the original appointment and require at least 40% of the lash extensions to remain. Anything less will be charged as a full set. Infills booked after 3 weeks will also be charged at the full set price.

Patch Tests

A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to lash lift and eyebrow lamination.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies.
