🤎 Booking Terms & Policies

When you book your appointment, your card details will be taken to secure your slot. By booking, you’re agreeing to the policies below, these help protect both my time and yours 💫

🕒 Cancellations / rescheduling

Life happens, and I completely understand things can come up! Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• More than 72 hours notice - No charge
• 72 hours or less 50% of the treatment cost will be charged
• 24 hours or less 100% of the treatment cost will be charged
• No-shows: Will be charged in full and will not be able to book again

🫶🏻 Refunds & Corrections

• Refunds aren’t offered, but I want you to love your lashes!
• If you have any concerns, please let me know within 3 days and I’ll happily fix them free of charge.
• After 3 days, any corrections will be charged as a mini fill.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can get the best results!

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the full cost will still apply.

💵 Payments

• Cash is preferred, but bank transfer is also accepted.
• Payment must be made before leaving your appointment.
• I’m no longer chasing outstanding payments — thank you for understanding 🤎

✨ Infills

• Please arrive with at least 40% of your lashes remaining — otherwise, it’ll be charged as a full set.
• Mini fills are available within 7 days of your last appointment. After that, it’s a standard infill.

🎟️ Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards are your responsibility and can’t be backdated — keep them safe!

🐻 Results

Every lash set is unique! Your results will depend on your natural lashes, eye shape, and desired style.

👁️ Lash Health

Your natural lash health is my number one priority. If your lashes aren’t in a healthy condition for treatment, I may need to reschedule or refuse the appointment for your safety.
