Same-day cancellations will result in having only one chance to book again. You will also be charged 25% of the appointment cost. Please ensure that you notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. I have a 10-minute grace period. If you are late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes without prior warning, there will be a 25% late fee added to the total appointment cost. Whether the appointment can be continued is subject to my availability on that day. If you are late by more than 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show. No-shows will result in having only one chance to book again and 50% of the appointment cost will be charged to your card. Ensure your appointment is booked at least 48 hours in advance. Try to book as soon as possible as my availability is very limited. If you have cancelled more than two appointments in a row in the past, you will only have one chance to book again. If you cancel that appointment, you will be blocked from booking again and 25% of the appointment cost will be charged to your card. I take cash, bank transfer, and Apple Pay. Bank transfer is preferred. If paying with cash, ensure you have the correct amount as I won’t have change. Please DM me after booking your appointment for confirmation.
