Cancellations

Please note we hold a strict 48hr cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 50% charge of the full treatment cost. You can cancel your appointment using your booking email or by calling us at 07498745761. If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling, you will incur a charge of the full treatment price.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy. All allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. If you are 10 minutes late or more, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and you will incur the full treatment cost. We kindly ask new clients to arrive 5 minutes before their appointment time, so that they have time to fill in their client consulation form. In the interest the comfort of all our clients, we ask that you please refrain from talking loudly on your phone and ensure that it is on silent for the duration of your time in the salon.

Medical Conditions

We ask that you disclose all medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable. You can give any relevant medical infortmation on your consultation card, this will be discussed privately with your therapist before the treatment.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation.

Data Protection Policy

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be stored in line with GDPR guidelines.

Hygiene

Salon hygiene is of the upmost importance, therefore we ask all clients to wash and sanitize their hands upon arrival. All of our tools and work areas are cleaned and disinfected between treatments. We change our towels and linens between treatments and they are hygienically cleaned according to Health and Safety guidelines.

Patch Testing

It is the client's personal responsibility to ensure they have the correct patch testing within the relevant time scale. Full information is provided on our online booking system. Failure to have been patch tested will mean the treatment will be refused, and you will be charged the full treatment cost.
