Booking
- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits will be deducted from your final balance on the day.
- Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late cancellations or reschedules will result in a loss of deposit.
- No-shows will lose their deposit and may need to pay in full for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened.
- Late cancellations due to lateness will result in a lost deposit.
Patch Tests
- A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before lash lift, brow lamination, or tint services.
- It is the client’s responsibility to attend their patch test.
- If no patch test is completed, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
- Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical changes, pregnancy, or skin conditions before treatment.
Age Policy
- Clients must be 16+ (or the legal age required for specific treatments).
- Anyone under 18 must have parental consent.
Refunds & Complaints
- No refunds are given once a treatment has been completed.
- If you have any concerns, please get in touch within 48 hours so the issue can be reviewed.
- Fixes or adjustments may be offered at the technician’s discretion.
Aftercare
- Aftercare advice is provided for all treatments.
- It is the client’s responsibility to follow aftercare instructions for best results.
- The salon is not liable for results affected by improper aftercare.
Photos & Social Media
- Photos/videos may be taken for marketing purposes (with your consent).
- You may opt out if you do not wish your images to be used online.
Health & Safety
- All tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilised between clients.
- Please reschedule if you are unwell — services may be refused to protect others.
Privacy
- All client information is kept confidential and secure.
- Your personal data will never be shared without consent.
