Terms & conditions
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please arrive atleast 5 minutes prior to your appointment — lateness of more than 10–15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. For hygiene and safety reasons, please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, injuries, or medical concerns before your treatment. Aftercare advice will be provided for all services and should be followed carefully to maintain results and avoid irritation. I am not responsible for reactions or issues that occur due to undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Guests & Children
For safety and comfort, children are not permitted during appointments. The tools, products, and equipment used during treatments can pose safety risks, and a calm, focused environment is needed to ensure the best experience for both you and other clients. However, parents or friends are welcome to accompany you if you let me know before your appointment, and only for facial, waxing, nail, or toe treatments. This helps me prepare the space properly and ensure everyone’s comfort. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this policy. 💕
