By booking an appointment with The Brash Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at the artist’s discretion.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
In the event of medical or family emergencies, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion—please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Deposits (if applicable) Any deposits made to secure your appointment are non-refundable but may be transferred if proper notice is given in line with the cancellation policy.
4. Service Satisfaction If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns appropriately.
5. Health & Safety Please inform your artist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and the best possible results.
