Acceptance of our cancellation policy: Here at The Brow Stop I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. The Brow Stop understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note, if I deem the treatment ‘not suitable’ at the time of our appointment, I shall advise what alternative I think would suit, or if a full cancellation is requested by the client once I am with you for treatment, you shall incur a 50% cancellation charge for my ‘call out’ and time lost.
