After your lymphatic drainage massage, aftercare is essential to maximise results and support your body’s natural detoxification process.
Hydration is key—drink plenty of water throughout the day to help flush out toxins and keep your lymphatic system moving efficiently. Aim to avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours, as these can dehydrate the body and slow down the drainage process.
Gentle movement, such as walking or light stretching, is encouraged to stimulate circulation and support lymph flow. Try to avoid intense workouts immediately after your treatment, allowing your body time to rest and recover.
You may notice increased urination, mild fatigue, or slight tenderness—this is completely normal and a sign that your body is responding to the treatment. Prioritise rest if needed and listen to your body.
