By booking an appointment at The Cow Shed Nail Boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 📅 Appointments All treatments must be booked in advance. A consultation form is required for every appointment and must be completed prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in refusal of treatment. 👤 Solo Appointments Only Please attend your appointment alone unless we’ve discussed otherwise. This ensures a calm, focused environment where I can give your nails my full attention. 💅 Arrive With Bare Nails Clients must arrive with bare nails (no polish or enhancements). This allows me to properly assess the health of your natural nails before beginning treatment. If not, I may be unable to proceed. ⏳ Cancellations & Refunds I do not offer refunds. However, if you’re unhappy with your service, please get in touch within 48 hours and I’ll do my best to make it right. Repairs are free within 48 hours of your appointment. ⚠️ Medical Conditions & Allergies For your safety, you must inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections before your appointment. I may need to refuse treatment if there is a health risk. 🎂 Minimum Age Policy Clients must be 16 or over to receive treatments at The Cow Shed. 📸 Social Media Consent I occasionally share photos of my work online. By booking, you consent to this—unless you let me know you'd prefer not to be featured.
