Life can be unpredictable, and I completely understand that plans may change. To help keep everything running smoothly, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you’re unable to attend your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else. No-shows without any communication will result in an immediate ban from future bookings. Your understanding and cooperation are genuinely appreciated. While I have chosen to remove all cancellation fees, I kindly ask for your respect and adherence to these policies — as I am running a small business and supporting my family. If you are feeling unwell with something contagious, please reschedule your appointment to help keep everyone safe and well. If your illness is non-contagious, I’m happy to proceed with your booking. If I or a family member should fall unwell, I will notify all affected clients with as much notice as possible and will fulfil any missed appointments as soon as I am able. Due to the limited space in the cabin, please attend your appointment alone and arrive on time. This helps maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all.
