Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, treatments and services provided by The Delphé Edit, a specialist medical skin and aesthetics clinic based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or by direct contact. A deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from The Delphé Edit.

Deposits

Deposits are taken to secure appointment times and are non-refundable if cancelled within the stated cancellation period. Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hour‘s notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in loss of the deposit. • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) may result in being charged the full cost of the treatment. • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid disruption to other clients. If you are significantly late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Consultations & Medical Information

All treatments provided by The Delphé Edit will require a consultation prior to treatment. During your consultation, you must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies and previous aesthetic/skin treatments.

The Delphé Edit reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment, if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe based on the practitioners clinical judgement.

Treatment Outcomes & Expectations

All aesthetic and skin treatments carry individual results, which may vary. While we aim for optimal outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results.

Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes. Results depend on individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, medical history and adherence to aftercare advice.

Aftercare

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. The Delphé Edit cannot be held responsible for complications or suboptimal results arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

Payments

Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Prices are subject to change but will be honoured for confirmed bookings made prior to any price update.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within the required notice period. Any concerns regarding treatment outcomes should be discussed during your appointment.

Photography & Use of Images

We will take before and after photos for clinical records and monitoring progress, however with your explicit consent, images will be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with GDPR and data protection laws. Your information will never be shared without consent unless legally required.

Liability

The Delphé Edit is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, inaccurate information provided by the client or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
