Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy Deposits: ~A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. ~ This amount will be deducted from the final price of your treatment. ~ Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the slot will be released. Consultation Forms: ~ A consultation form must be completed at the time of booking, when the deposit is paid. ( ONLY APPLIES THE FIRST TIME YOU BOOK WITH ME) ~ If the form is not received within the 24-hour window, the appointment will be cancelled and the slot released. Late Arrivals: ~ Please arrive on time for your appointment. ~ Arrivals 20 minutes late or more will result in a cancelled appointment and loss of deposit. ~ If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible — I will do my best to accommodate, but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: ~ You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. ~ Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit unless I can fill your slot. ~ No-shows or same-day cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Important Info: ~ Please arrive with clean, bare nails (unless booking includes removal or infill). ~ No extra guests or children unless discussed in advance. ~ If you are unwell, please reschedule out of respect for myself and other clients.
