Cancellations

I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can offer the spot to someone else.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.
• Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.

Please Note

• My nail studio is upstairs in my home and accessed via stairs. If you have any mobility concerns, feel free to message before booking. I kindly ask that shoes are removed before coming upstairs—thank you
• Due to limited space in my home salon, children and additional guests are not permitted at appointments.
