A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Please arrive on time — appointments over 15 minutes late may be cancelled and charged in full. 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule; cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and within 15 hours will be charged 100%. No-shows are charged in full. Fees are automatically taken from the card on file. No refunds on treatments; issues must be reported promptly.
