Bridal makeup & skin packages
1. Booking & Payment
All bridal skin packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your wedding date and allows us to plan and schedule your full skin preparation journey.
2. Skin Treatment Scheduling
Bridal packages include a structured skin preparation plan. It is the client’s responsibility to book all recommended treatments in advance to ensure availability and correct timing before the wedding date.
Failure to book and attend scheduled treatments may impact results. We are not responsible for outcomes where the treatment plan has not been followed.
3. Consultation Requirement
All advanced skincare treatments require a consultation and patch testing where necessary. These must be completed within the required timeframe prior to treatments.
4. Commitment to Skin Plan
Best results are achieved through consistency. By purchasing a bridal skin package, you agree to follow the recommended treatment plan and homecare advice.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
All bridal skin packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
6. Cancellations
In the event of wedding cancellation, payments remain non-refundable due to the time reserved and planning involved.
7. Bridal Trial
Makeup trials are recommended and may be included depending on your package. Trials must be completed prior to the wedding date.
8. Changes to Booking
Changes to your wedding date are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for results where medical history, allergies, or skin conditions have not been disclosed.
10. Photography Consent
Images may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
Makeup Only T’s & C’s
1. Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your wedding date. No dates are held without this payment.
2. Minimum Booking Requirement
A minimum of 3 makeup services (including the bride) is required for all bridal bookings. Bookings that do not meet this minimum may still be accepted at our discretion but will be charged at the equivalent minimum booking value.
3. Payment Schedule
- 75% of the total balance is due 90 days prior to the wedding date. This payment is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the wedding date.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Cancellations
- The 20% booking fee is non-refundable.
- The 75% payment made at 90 days is also non-refundable.
- Cancellations made after the final balance is paid remain non-refundable.
5. Bridal Trial
Trials are highly recommended and are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
6. Bridal Party Numbers
Final numbers must be confirmed prior to the 90-day payment deadline. Reductions after this point will still be charged in full.
7. Changes to Booking
Any changes to services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
8. Travel & Location
Travel fees may apply depending on location. Parking or accommodation (if required) must be provided by the client.
9. Timings & Schedule
A schedule will be agreed prior to the wedding. All members of the bridal party must be ready at their allocated times to avoid delays.
10. Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions where this has not been communicated.
11. Sickness & Emergency Cover
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted, professional replacement artist.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued for the services that cannot be fulfilled. No further liability or compensation will be provided.
12. Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
13. Photography
Images may be taken for portfolio and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
14. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable in line with the above schedule.
