• No plus ones: Please arrive alone to your appointment as we do not cater to plus ones
• Prep: Depending on which appointment you have booked please arrive with clean brows/lashes/teeth
• Lateness: Please arrive on time as your appointment may be cancelled
• Rescheduling: There is a 48 hr period for cancellations and rescheduling. No shows and cancellations after this period will be charged the full amount
