Terms of Service

I do not remove or infill any work that I did not do myself. Please make sure your nails are bare and product free at your first appointment. Failing to do so will incur the full treatment charge and be treated as a No-Show.

I can refuse to work on anyone at any time.

Parental Consent

I do not work on anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent. If you are under 18 I will require a parental signature from a parent before the treatment can begin.

Pre-Consultation form

The pre-consultation form must be completed before the appointment can go ahead. If it is not completed the appointment will be rescheduled for a later date if you cannot complete it at the start of the appointment.

Social Media

I may take photos or video footage of your hands or feet before, during and after your treatment. You will remain anonymous and all audio will be removed from the video footage. If you are not happy for your hands or feet to be photographed or filmed please make me aware at the appointment.

No Shoes Policy

Please take your shoes off when entering my home. Disposable spa slippers will be available to you if you want them, or you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
