I do not remove or infill any work that I did not do myself. Please make sure your nails are bare and product free at your first appointment. Failing to do so will incur the full treatment charge and be treated as a No-Show.
I can refuse to work on anyone at any time.
For insurance and practical reasons, I am unable to provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18.
Due to the nature of my treatments, appointments can be lengthy, and my treatment room does not have sufficient space to accommodate a parent or guardian throughout the session. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and uninterrupted treatment environment for all clients, I have a strict policy of only treating individuals aged 18 and over.
