Appointments and Cancellations • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking fee or a charge. • If you arrive late, we may not be able to proceed with the treatment, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 2. Suitability for Treatment • All treatments are subject to a full consultation and assessment by a qualified practitioner. • We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest or if medical contraindications are present. 4. Results and Expectations • Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. • Additional treatments may be required to achieve or maintain desired results. • Before and after photos may be taken for clinical records. With your consent, these may be used for marketing purposes. 5. Payments and Refunds • Full payment is required on the day of treatment. • We do not offer refunds on treatments once provided, as results are subjective and can vary. 6. Complaints and Follow-Up • If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a follow-up or correction if appropriate. • Formal complaints must be submitted in writing and will be handled in accordance with our complaints policy.
