Please always park on my drive, not the grass or the road. Walk up the drive at the side of the house, to the top of the garden, and into The Hive!
I kindly ask for 72hrs notice for all cancellations (not including bridal). If you need to cancel less than 72hrs before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. Any cancellations less than 48hrs before will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
All bookings have a minimum booking cost of £180 (Bride + 2 bridal party) This amount does not include travel fees or trial appointments.
To secure your date, a non-refundable/transferable £100 deposit is required. This is deducted from your final balance, which is to be paid 1 week before your wedding day. Any payments not paid in time may result in your booking being cancelled and loss of deposits.
Travel costs are calculated & provided on quotation based on mileage and time.
All bookings must have a trial appointment, these are booked separately and paid for separately. All trial appointments are held at my studio in Bradford (Tues-Fri)
Your deposit must be paid within 2 weeks of confirmation to reserve your wedding day.
Any amendments to the booking are at the discretion of Sarah Moran. Any parking costs or restrictions outside your home or wedding venue need to be made known in advance. Any known allergies must be declared at the time of booking. This ensures that the ingredients of products can be checked.
